The Muppets series is getting its very first Halloween special! It’s titled Muppets Haunted Mansion, and it’s coming to Disney+. Gonzo and Pepe the King Prawn made the announcement in a promo video that was shared.

Muppets Haunted Mansion “takes place on Halloween night, when Gonzo is challenged to spend one very daring night in the most grim grinning place on Earth …The Haunted Mansion.”

The new special will feature a star-studded Muppets cast, celebrity cameos, all-new music, and spooky fun for families to enjoy together. The announcement was made today to help celebrate the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products’ ‘Halfway to Halloween’ event.

This sounds like it could be fun. I would love to spend the night in The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland! That would be so damn cool! Gonzo is one lucky Muppet.
