NASA Confirms Tom Cruise Will Shoot His Space Movie on the International Space Station
We recently learned the awesome news that Tom Cruise would be teaming up with Elon Musk’s Space X program and NASA to shoot the first ever narrative feature film in space!
The film is in the early development stages and we have no idea what the story will entail, but it will not be a Mission: Impossible movie. This will be an original film, and NASA confirmed their involvement with the project in a recent Tweet. They also revealed that the movie will shoot on The International Space Station.
The fact that one day in the near future that Tom Cruise and a small film crew and maybe some other actors will be rocketing into space to shoot a movie is pretty damn amazing. I can’t get over how freakin’ cool this is. As someone how has always wanted to go to space, I can only hope that the press get invited to join them in space for a set visit!
Anyway, here’s what NASA had to say in their Tweet.
