Nat Wolff To Play A God In Norwegian Mythology Film MORTAL

Nat Wolff will play a young man who discovers he has God-like abilities in the newly announced film Mortal. THR reports the film is being directed by Trollhunter director Andre Ovredal and will be a coming-of-age origins story based on Norwegian mythology.

Producers John Einar Hagen and Brian Kavanaugh-Jones had this to say in a statement:

“Nat Wolff is a talented young actor who has demonstrated tremendous range in his roles to date, with Mortal offering him the perfect vehicle to showcase his abilities. Andre is a visionary director who has written a truly immersive, epic tale which takes advantage of Norway’s stunning landscapes, and we can’t wait to see him in action on set.”

Not many more details are known about the film beyond that, but I was a fan of Wolff in Paper Towns, and think he could be one of those people to take more notice of down the road. Maybe Mortal will be the beginning of that journey.
