Natalie Portman Shares Picture and Thoughts on Her Return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe
One of the many crazy exciting moments in Saturday’s Hall H Marvel panel at San Diego Comic-Con was when Marvel President Kevin Feige announced the new Thor film, and director Taika Waititi announced that female Thor would be making her first appearance in the next Thor film, Thor: Love and Thunder.
That was when Natalie Portman, who has played Thor’s earthly girlfriend Jane Foster in previous movies, stepped onstage, and Waititi knelt and presented her with Thor’s hammer, Mjolnir. The crowd went crazy! I am super excited about the film, and to see what happens next!
Once the announcement was made, Portman was finally able to break her silence and share in the excitement! She posted a picture of herself from the panel, and teased that this is her “before look” for when she gets jacked!
