NBC Has Ordered a Pilot for Alien Spacecraft Drama DEBRIS

NBC has ordered the pilot for a new drama series called Debris. The series will follow the discovery of an alien spaceship that has crashed and the people who are tasked with the aftermath of the ordeal pressing forward. Variety further describes the series as “two agents from two different continents, and two different mindsets, who must work together to investigate when wreckage from a destroyed alien spacecraft has mysterious effects on humankind.”

The pilot will be executive produced by Joel Wyman and Jason Hoffs, with Wyman (The Mexican, Fringe) writing. We don’t have any specifics yet on anyone else involved, but know the series is aiming for the 2020-2021 season.
