NECA Shows Off New Classic Horror Figures with NOSFERATU and LONDON AFTER MIDNIGHT

NECA has revealed two new cool classic Universal Monsters action figures with the 1922 classic Nosferatu and the lost 1927 film London After Midnight. The figures were on display at Comic-Con and they’re really cool-looking!

Count Orlok was played by Max Schreck in Nosferatu, which is an unofficial adaptation of Dracula, while Lon Chaney played Professor Burke in the infamous London After Midnight.

When it comes to London After Midnight, it’s been explained that the last known copy of the film was destroyed in the 1965 MGM vault fire, along with hundreds of other rare early films, making it one of the most sought-after lost silent films. There are only still images of the movie that survived and NECA’s action figure is based on those available materials.
