NetEase Games Announces a Closed Beta for NOSTOS

NetEase Games has announced that there will be a closed beta test for their upcoming MMO Nostos. The beta will run from September 5-9 and if you want to participate, you’ll have to go to the Nostos Twitter or Facebook, share the pinned post, and use the hashtag #NostosBeta Test. This will not guarantee entry into the beta but will enter you into a drawing to allow you to participate.

“Faced with harsh climates, formidable foes, limited resources, and the ravenous “Coral Sea,” Pioneers must team up with fellow survivors and establish clans to ensure the future of mankind. Collect, craft, build and traverse across a seamless world of long-abandoned cities, arid deserts, windy grasslands, steep mountains, and much more.”

Beta testers will have access to two main storyline missions that are estimated to take roughly 2 hours, random side missions, an expanded map, and realistic weather.

Nostos is a post-apocalyptic survival MMO that will feature VR support which is pretty cool. The game is set to launch later this year on Viveport before rolling out to Oculus Home for Rift and Quest and Steam. You can pre-register for Nostos on the official site. Are you excited?
