Netflix Has Picked Up the Rights to ENOLA HOLMES Starring Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill

Netflix has paid a pretty penny to pick up the rights to the upcoming Sherlock Holmes universe movie, Enola Holmes, starring Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things) in the title roile, Henry Cavill (Man of Steel) as Sherlock Holmes, Sam Claflin (Me Before You), Helena Bonham Carter (Harry Potter films), and Fiona Shaw (Killing Eve). The film is based on the book series The Enola Holmes Mysteries by Nancy Springer.

Here’s the synopsis:

Enola Holmes tells the story of Sherlock and Mycroft Holmes' rebellious teen sister Enola, a gifted super-sleuth in her own right who often outsmarts her brilliant siblings. When her mother mysteriously disappears on her 16th birthday, Enola seeks help from her older brothers.
