Netflix is Developing an Adaptation of Stephen King and Joe Hill's IN THE TALL GRASS

Netflix has picked up another Stephen King project. This is one that he actually collaborated with his son Joe Hill on. It will be based on the novella called In The Tall Grass and will be directed by Vincenzo Natali (Cube, Splice). To sweeten the pot a little bit more, James Marsden (Westworld) is currently in negotiations to star in it!

The story centers on a sister and brother, who after hearing a young boy's cry for help, venture into a vast field of grass in Kansas but soon discover that there may be no way out. "Within minutes they are disoriented, in deeper than seems possible, and they’ve lost one another. The boy’s cries are more and more desperate. What follows is a terrifying, entertaining, and masterfully told tale."

I haven't read this novella, but It's one that I'll definitely be reading before this movie comes out. The is the third film project from Stephen King that Netflix has picked up and if it's as good as the first two, it's something that's worth looking forward to. The other two films released are Gerald’s Game and 1922, which you have to watch if you haven't already!
