Netflix May Still Get To Keep Marvel And STAR WARS Films After Disney Leaves
When news broke that Disney would be pulling their library from Netflix, there were many disappointed. Now, news is coming out that things aren't so bad, and it's possible that Netflix could still hold onto the Marvel and Star Wars releases the company drops following their breakup according to Variety.
Granted, that's only a possibility as Marvel and Star Wars were not included in the agreement between the two parties that involved Disney and Pixar films and it's still entirely possible the company could look to pull out of that deal as well.
The really good news out of all of this is that the deal will have no impact on the Marvel and Netflix deal in regards to their original series' they've been collaborating on, and I don't think I would've ever forgiven Disney if it did.
Hopefully, Netflix is able to hold onto Marvel movies and Star Wars as that's one of the few quality films they have on the service as of late. Will you be joining Disney's subscription service when it launches?
