Netflix Picks Up Jennifer Garner's New Comedy YES DAY

Netflix is getting a new comedy called Yes Day. The film will be based on the children’s book Yes Day by author Amy Krouse Rosenthal and illustrator Tom Lichtenheld. In the book, there is one day a year when parents agree to say “yes to anything their child requests.” Sounds like an interesting day to say the least.

Jennifer Garner will star in the film and produce it and Miguel Arteta will direct it using a script from Justin Malen. There is no release date or window announced.

Garner and Arteta worked together on another children’s book adaptation several years back; Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. Are you excited for this new film?
