Netflix Releases First Look Photos of Adam Sandler's HUBIE HALLOWEEN
Netflix has released the first look photos for Adam Sandler’s next film at the streamer, Hubie Halloween. The film is directed by Steven Brill (Little Nicky, Mr. Deeds), from a script written by Sandler and his longtime collaborator and friend Tim Herlihy.
The film stars Sandler (Hubie Dubois), Peyton List (Peggy), China Anne McClain, Julie Bowen, Steve Buscemi, Rob Schneider, Ray Liotta, Maya Rudolph, Kevin James, Tim Meadows, Kelli Berglund, Noah Schnapp, Karan Brar, Paris Barely, Michael Chiklis, and June Squibb.
Here’s the synopsis:
Good-natured but eccentric community volunteer Hubie Dubois (Sandler) finds himself at the center of a real murder case on Halloween night. Despite his devotion to his hometown of Salem, Massachusetts (and its legendary Halloween celebration), Hubie is a figure of mockery for kids and adults alike. But this year, something really is going bump in the night, and it’s up to Hubie to save Halloween.
This will be a silly and fun Halloween movie to add to the October film roster. It will also be a fun reunion of Sandler and Modern Family’s Julie Bowen, who starred together in Happy Gilmore, as well as all the usual suspects you’ve come to expect from an Adam Sandler movie.
