Netflix Releases JESSICA JONES Featurette With Krysten Ritter in the Director's Chair

“These are my people, so getting to collaborate with this crew and cast I love so much in this new way was really exciting.”

Krysten Ritter is coming back for the final season of the Marvel series Jessica Jones on Netflix, and this time around she is both in front of the camera and behind it. The series has joined the other Netflix Marvel shows in getting canceled, but the fans will at least be able to enjoy this last season before it’s gone.

The rundown for this third and final season is as follows:

When Jessica (Krysten Ritter) crosses paths with a highly intelligent psychopath, she and Trish (Rachael Taylor) must repair their fractured relationship and team up to take him down. But a devastating loss reveals their conflicting ideas of heroism and sets them on a collision course that will forever change them both.

It’s sad to see the series come to an end, but it sounds like it will be a great season. Watch the featurette below and let us know if you’ll be tuning in to watch the final season of Jessica Jones on Netflix on June 14th.

Krysten Ritter takes on double-duty as she steps into the Director's chair in the final season of Marvel's Jessica Jones. Krysten and her co-stars reflect on the powerful journey that lead her from playing a superhero, to directing her first episode.
