Teaser Trailer For Netflix's "Coming Of Rage" Sci-Fi Horror Series THE IMPERFECTS
Netflix has released an official teaser trailer and poster for the “coming of rage” sci-fi horror series, The Imperfects. The show stars Italia Ricci (Designated Survivor), Morgan Taylor Campbell (Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist), Rhianna Jagpal (To All The Boys I've Loved Before), Iñaki Godoy (Who Killed Sara?), Rhys Nicholson (RuPaul's Drag Race Downunder), Celina Martin (Other Kingdom), and Kyra Zagorsky (The 100).
Dennis Heaton and Shelley Eriksen (The Order) created the series, and here’s the synopsis:
“After an experimental gene therapy turns them into monsters, three twenty-somethings band together to hunt down the scientist responsible and force him to make them human again.”
This looks similar to something you’d see on The CW, but a little darker. If Netflix wanted to make a sci-fi series, they should have just kept making The OA, which was top-notch story telling. But that’s just my opinion. Maybe this series will be solid for fans of the YA genre. Check out the trailer and poster below, and let us know what you think.
