Netflix Shares the Final Trailer for Their Epic Fantasy Series THE WITCHER
It’s been fun and interesting watching The Witcher come together over the course of the development and production process since it was initially announced. Showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich gave us lots of updates and insights on the series along the way, and the first season is about to be released on Netflix! It looks like the creative team created a hell of a great fantasy series that I’m sure fans will enjoy, and today we share with you the final trailer for it.
The new trailer is packed will new footage and some of that focuses on the Nilfgaardian invasion, which ultimately leads to the Northern War. An army of black and gold lays waste to Cintra in an attempt to capture Princess Ciri (Freya Allan). They’ll have a hard time getting her, though, as she is under the care and protection of Geralt of Rivia (Henry Cavill). The trailer also features more footage of Yennefer of Vengerberg (Anya Chalotra), a tease of the Brotherhood of Sorcerers, and more.
Here’s the synopsis for the series:
THE WITCHER is an epic tale of fate and family.
