Netflix Subscriptions Up 2% Despite Price Increase

Since its $2 price hike in July, Netflix has experienced a 2% subscriber boost and sits with a 95% subscriber satisfaction rate. Engadget says on top of all that, the amount of subscribers displeased with their service is at 1%! Meanwhile, the streaming service's competitors are scrambling to achieve the same level of success with little to show for it. Why?

I'm no expert, but I found it weird how I initially got Netflix for its selection of films, and now I still have it for its original programming and television. Is that why you still have your Netflix account? If you cancelled Netflix, why did you cancel?
