Netflix Unleashes a Fantastic New Trailer For The Fantasy Action Cop Thriller BRIGHT

Netflix has released a new trailer for director David Ayer's fantasy action cop film Bright. The new trailer is packed full of new footage from the film along with some additional information on the story that it will tell. 

Bright stars Will Smith, Joel Edgerton and Noomi Rapace and the crime drama is set in a world where orcs and fairies co-exist with humans. This seriously looks like a great flick. I especially like the fact that it's a hardcore gritty cop drama set in this fantastical fantasy alternate world. It's two film genres that I enjoy watching that have been mixed together, and I'm digging the vibe of it!

Set in an alternate present-day where humans, orcs, elves, and fairies have been co-existing since the beginning of time. Bright is genre-bending action movie that follows two cops from very different backgrounds. Ward (Will Smith) and Jakoby (Joel Edgerton), embark on a routine patrol night and encounter a darkness that will ultimately alter the future and their world as they know it.

The movie also stars Lucy Fry (11.22.63), Edgar Ramirez (Hands of Stone, Zero Dark Thirty), Margaret Cho (Drop Dead Diva), and Ike Barinholtz (Suicide Squad). The movie is written by Max Landis (Chronicle) and it's set to be released on December 22nd.
