Netflix's CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA Is Ending After Part 4 and New Photos Have Been Shared

Netflix has announced that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is coming to an end after its upcoming Part 4, which is set to be released later this year in 2020. I’ve gotta say, I’m kinda bummed out by this news. I thought this series was great and a lot of fun to watch! But, the series is said to come to an end with “a spooky, sexy and supernatural series finale.” Netflix also shared some new photos from Part 4 that you can check out below.

While I would like to see the series continue, four seasons seems like the typical lifespan for a successful Netflix scripted series. Series developer, executive producer, and showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa said in a statement:

“Working on Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has been an incredible honor from Day One. The cast, beginning with Kiernan as everyone’s favorite teen witch, has been an absolute joy. I am beyond thankful to the crew, writers, editors, assistants, and everyone for pouring so much love into this dark dream of a show. I’m also grateful to our partners at Netflix, Warner Bros., Berlanti Television and Archie Comics for letting us tell the story we wanted to tell, the way we wanted to tell it. We can’t wait for everyone to see Part Four.”

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Part 4 will consist of eight episodes and over the course of the season, “The Eldritch Terrors will descend upon Greendale. The coven must fight each terrifying threat one-by-one (The Weird, The Returned, The Darkness to name a few), all leading up to…The Void, which is the End of All Things. As the witches wage war, with the help of The Fright Club, Nick begins to slowly earn his way back into Sabrina’s heart, but will it be too late?”

The rest of the cast includes Miranda Otto, Richard Coyle, Ross Lynch, Lucy Davis, Chance Perdomo, Michelle Gomez, Jaz Sinclair, Lachlan Watson, Gavin Leatherwood, Tati Gabrielle, Adeline Rudolph, and Abigail Cowen.

All I want is for the series to get the great ending that it deserves. If they close out the series strong, I’ll be happy.
