The Dark Knight will never be the same for me now that Reddit has pointed out this hilarious scene. As you'll see below, Harvey Dent is in his hospital bed talking to a nurse when all of the sudden the nurse pulls back her mask to reveal IT'S ACTUALLY THE JOKER! Looking at the scene closer though, it's hard to believe that Harvey is just now realizing what went down. Check it out below and give your justification for Dent in the comments:
