Ad Astra, starring Brad Pitt as Roy McBride, and written/directed by James Gray, is one of the movies that I am the most excited to see this year. 20th Century Fox released a new featurette for the movie and it makes me even more anxious to see the film. The thing that I am loving about the ads and trailers that have been released for this film, is that it appears that they haven’t given much of the actual story away. Check it out:

Here’s the synopsis:

Astronaut Roy McBride (Brad Pitt) travels to the outer edges of the solar system to find his missing father and unravel a mystery that threatens the survival of our planet. His journey will uncover secrets that challenge the nature of human existence and our place in the cosmos.

Ad Astra also stars Tommy Lee Jones, Liv Tyler, Donald Sutherland and Ruth Negga. The film hits theaters September 20th, 2019. Let us know what you think.
