New ANDOR Promo Video Offers an Inside Look at the STAR WARS Series
A new featurette for the hit Star Wars series Andor has been released that offers an inside look at the series. It specifically focuses on recapping the first three episodes of the show. Both star Diego Luna and creator Tony Gilroy offer some insight on the series that some of you might find interesting.
I’m loving this series so far, and it’s great to see a lot of other hardcore Star Wars fans enjoying it as well. Yeah, the story is a slow burn, but I enjoy stories like that! The story is just going to keep building and escalating into what is sure to be an incredible finale.
The Andor series will explore “a new perspective from the Star Wars galaxy, focusing on Cassian Andor’s journey to discover the difference he can make. The series brings forward the tale of the burgeoning rebellion against the Empire and how people and planets became involved. It’s an era filled with danger, deception and intrigue where Cassian will embark on the path that is destined to turn him into a rebel hero.”
The who series will cover the full five years leading up to the events of Rogue One, and it’s described it as “a narrative that reaches across a vast ensemble,” which includes Stellan Skarsgard (Thor), Adria Arjona (Morbius), Fiona Shaw (Killing Eve), Denise Gough (Under the Banner of Heaven) and Kyle Soller (Poldark). Then there’s Forest Whitaker who will reprise his role as Saw Gerrera, Genevieve O'Reilly as Mon Mothma, and Forest Whitaker is also reprising his role as Clone Wars veteran and radical insurgent Saw Gerrera.
