New BLACK ADAM Footage Features First Look at the Justice Society of America and Dr. Fate
Warner Bros. has just dropped a trailer promoting all of their DC films coming out in 2022. The trailer features new footage from Black Adam, The Flash, Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom, and it also includes footage from The Batman.
The most exciting footage in the trailer, though, is from Black Adam. It gives us our best look yet at the film, and it features a first look at Justice Society of America in action, as well as the magical sorcerer known as Dr. Fate, who is played by Pierce Brosnan.
Black Adam also stars Aldis Hodge (Underground, The Invisible Man), who plays Hawkman in the film, Noah Centineo (To All the Boys I Love Before, Charlie's Angels) as Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell (Trinkets, Euphoria) as Cyclone, and Pierce Brosnan (GoldenEye, Mamma Mia!) as Doctor Fate, as well as Sarah Shahi (Person of Interest, The L Word), Marwan Kenzari (The Old Guard, Aladdin), and Uli Latukefu (Young Rock), who have been cast in unspecified roles.
Jaume Collet-Serra (Jungle Cruise) is directing Black Adam, the most recent script was written by Rory Haines and Sohrab Noshirvani. Adam Sztykiel wrote the previous draft.
Black Adam will hit theaters on July 29th, 2022. There are some cool and exciting movies coming from DC this year!
