New BLACK WIDOW Set Photos Surface That Seem to Confirm Taskmaster Is the Villain
It’s been rumored for some time now that Taskmaster might be one of the villains we see in Marvel’s Black Widow film. Well, some more set photos have surfaced from the production, and they seem to confirm that is the case. These images might just give us our first look at Taskmaster!

For those of you not familiar with Taskmaster, here’s a little description for you:
Tony Masters (a.k.a. Taskmaster) possesses the ability to absorb knowledge and instantly replicate the combat skills of anyone he observes. He has used these skills as a teacher to many super villains, henchmen, and even some heroes. In order to clean his record, he started working for the U.S. government as a combat instructor.
Taskmaster is sure to make a great foe for Black Widow to face off with in this movie. We don’t really have any story details to share with you yet, but they will come.
The movie stars Scarlett Johansson, David Harbour, Florence Pugh, and Ray Winstone. Cate Shortland is directing the film from a script written by Jac Schaeffer, and the movie is currently in production in London.
It’s also been reported that Pugh (Fighting With My Family) is playing the second female lead who has been described as a “kick ass female Bond” type character. She is playing Yelena Belova in the story and is said to be “introduced as the new version of Scarlett Johansson’s character.”
Kevin Feige also recently explained that the film will reveal certain aspects of the MCU that we never knew before.
