New Character Posters Released For FAST 9 and One Gives us Our First Look at John Cena
While we wait for the first full trailer to drop for the next Fast and Furious film, Fast 9, this Friday, we’ve got a collection of character posters to share with you and one of them offers us our first look at John Cena in the movie.
We have no idea who exactly he’s playing in the film, but now we know that he looks exactly like John Cena! Vin Diesel previously teased that he will share and “intense scene” with Cena, who is set to play a rather large role in the film.
We’ll find out more details regarding the film this Friday when the trailer drops. Check out the posters below:
Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Anna Sawai are all set to return to the franchise along with Charlize Theron as the villainous Cipher, and Helen Mirren will once again play Magdalene Shaw. Michael Rooker portrays a newcomer named Buddy, and Finn Cole, Sam Lerner, and Anna Sawai have been cast in unknown roles.
Justin Lin returned to direct Fast 9 which will hit theaters on May 22nd. He will also helm Fast 10 which will hit theaters on April 2nd, 2021.
