New "All The Hype Trailer" and Clip For The Buzzed About Horror Film TERRIFIER 2

The upcoming horror film Terrifier 2 has been getting a lot of buzz in the horror film community. I’ve been seeing a lot of praise for the film and it seems like it’s a must-watch for the Halloween season. If you haven’t watched the brutal trailer yet, you can check it out here.

We’ve got a new trailer for you to watch called “All The Hype,” and it collects critics’ reviews from across the globe who have seen the film that are raving about it.

The movie comes from Cinedigm, Bloody Disgusting, and SCREAMBOX, and it was written and directed by Damien Leone (All Hallows’ Eve). David Howard Thornton is back as the demonic killer, Art the Clown. It also stars Lauren LaVera as Sienna, Samantha Scaffidi who will reprise her role as Victoria Heyes, and horror icon Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp).

Terrifier 2 has Art the Clown up to his old tricks once again. Following his gruesome demise in the first film, a sinister presence has brought Art back to life to rein terror on the residents of Miles County. On Halloween night, he returns to the unassuming town and sets his sights on fresh prey: a teenage girl and her little brother, portrayed by LaVera and Elliott Fullam, respectively.

The film marks the fifth on-screen appearance of Art the Clown. Originally created for a pair of low-budget shorts, the character made his feature-length debut in Leone’s 2013 hit All Hallows’ Eve. His iconic look, plus the personality and humor he exudes, changed the way we look at killer clowns forever. The sadistic clown went on to become a cult-horror icon with various pop culture merchandise companies selling masks, costumes, enamel pins, air fresheners, figurines, and even ugly Christmas sweaters.

In the clip that was shared from Rue Morgue, Sienna’s brother finds a link between recent Art the Clown sightings and last year’s Miles County Halloween massacre and he tells Sienna that he thinks something bad is going to happen.

When talking about the film Leone said: “The Terrifier team and its incredible fan base have always believed wholeheartedly in the franchise. After all, our goal was to create a horror film that was boundary-pushing, fresh yet old-school and demented as hell. After three arduous years of production, a global pandemic, and endless gallons of blood, I’m honored and excited to finally release Terrifier 2 in theaters. I know fans of this franchise, and the genre at large, are going to eat up Art the Clown in all his blood-soaked glory.”

Terrifier 2 will be opening in theaters nationwide on October 6, 2022.
