New Clip From SONIC PRIME Shows Us A New Tails

Sonic Prime, the new animated Sonic show for Netflix, is set to premiere on December 15 on Netflix and the new Netflix After School channel. Netflix has shared with us a new clip of Sonic talking to an alternate dimension Tails. This new Tails from the Shatterverse doesn’t know Sonic at all and is quite amazed to hear not only about himself, but about the adventures that he and Sonic have been on. It's really sweet at the end of the interaction when Tails asks Sonic about all the things they have done together after telling Sonic all about how he doesn’t have or need any friends.

My favorite part though is Sonic describing how he and Tails met. The sequence uses the same style as the original Sonic games and is a great throwback to those who still love the original game style. I’m excited to see this show to see how they handle all the other characters that Sonic will have to convince are his friends, I’m sure that Knuckles is not going to make that task simple.
