New Concept Art and Description for New Quinjet Marvel Ride at Disney's California Adventure
We have some cool new images for the new ride that was announced this past weekend at D23. The attraction will reside in the up and coming Avengers Campus in Disney’s California Adventure Park, and it was reported that the ride will let guests come aboard the Quinjet, one of the Avengers’ signature vehicles.
You’ll fly alongside the world’s greatest superheroes while battling the earth’s latest threat. The battle will take place in Wakanda, as well as other locations. Disney released this statement, describing the attraction:
“You will team up alongside the Avengers in a battle to save our world against one of the most powerful villains they have ever faced.”
The panel kind of gave you the indication that maybe the ride will be similar to Star Tours, but the images shared have more of a seating look like the ride Soarin’ Over California, except more individualized vs. the bench seating.
If this is how it ends up, and you really get to fly in over Wakanda to help the Avengers in battle, I am so excited! My kids will go crazy over this ride, and I’m stoked to go on it too! Check out the photos above (the entrance to the ride) and below, and let us know if you’re excited for it!
