New DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN Season 2 TV Spot Offers a Bit of New Footage

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is already coming in hot. Just a day after Marvel Studios unexpectedly dropped the first full trailer, a shorter TV spot has surfaced online, giving fans a few fresh glimpses at what’s ahead for the Man Without Fear. It’s quick but intense.

While much of the footage mirrors what we saw in the full trailer, there are a couple of notable additions. One new shot shows Matt Murdock back in a courtroom, hinting that he may suit up as a lawyer again despite being on the run when Season 2 kicks off.

There’s also the possibility that this scene ties into a flashback involving Foggy Nelson, which would line up with what we already know about the season’s structure.

Another quick but striking moment features an explosion, seemingly connected to previously filmed scenes of Daredevil emerging from the rivers surrounding New York City. It’s the kind of visual that suggests things are about to get chaotic fast, even by this show’s standards.

One of the biggest talking points heading into Season 2 is the arrival of Matthew Lillard as the mysterious Mr. Charles. Most fans are convinced the name is a placeholder meant to keep spoilers under wraps, and Lillard hasn’t exactly been eager to give the game away. Still, his enthusiasm for the project is hard to miss.

"Obviously, working with Marvel, everything is under lock and key," the Scream star said last November. "I can tell you that being on that set, working with those men and women, the crew is fantastic.

“It's probably one of the best I've worked with in my life. D'Onofrio and I get to work together. We did a movie 100 years ago when we were both babies."

"Getting the chance to work with him again was just fantastic. He has such weight. Not literal weight, he's skinny right now, but when you look him in the eyes, he carries so much power with them.

“It leads to good work. Good writing leads to good work. I thought that last season was really electric, and I think next season is gonna top it. I'm thrilled for the fans, and I'm excited for people to see the work."

Between the new footage, the growing mystery around Lillard’s character, and the promise of things escalating even further, Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is shaping up to be something special.

You can check out the new TV spot and the motion poster now, and if this brief preview is any indication, Hell’s Kitchen isn’t getting a break anytime soon.
