New DEADLY CLASS Teaser Introduces Us to Saya
We’ve been given an early Christmas present as Syfy has released a character trailer for their new series Deadly Class. This trailer focuses on the leader of the Kuruoki Syndicate, Saya, who is played by Lana Condor. We get a brief look into Saya’s desire to just have a good time and kill some people with a katana.
Deadly Class is based on Rick Remender’s and Wes Craig’s graphic novel. Remender made the adaptation alongside Miles Orion Feldsott and they will both also be executive producers. More executive producers include Lee Toland Krieger, Mike Larocca, Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, and Adam Targum. The pilot will be directed by Krieger.
Condor stars in the series alongside Michel Duval, Maria Gabriela de Faria, Liam James, Luke Tennie, Benjamin Wadsworth, and Benedict Wong. Deadly Class premieres on Syfy on January 16, 2019.
