New Details on Ryan Murphy's AMERICAN HORROR STORY Crossover Season

As if Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story series wasn't crazy enough, things are about to take a turn for the weirder in the upcoming crossover season. It was already revealed that there would be characters from both Murder House and Coven returning for a future season of the series, and Murphy offered more details about that. During an interview with Entertainment Weekly the series creator said:

"It's a character from Season 1 that will be thrust into the world that you are left with at the end of Coven, which is sort of like the male/female/witch academy. And then all of those characters will intertwine, which is confusing because some of them are from Seasons 1 and 3. Like, Sarah Paulson will probably be playing 18 characters."

It's certainly going to be interesting seeing some of these different characters played by the same actors interacting with each other. If anyone can effectively pull off this craziness it's Murphy and his creative team.

It was recently announced that FX renewed American Horror Story through season nine, so fans have got quite a nightmarish adventure ahead of them. FX knows what season seven will be, but they have no clue on what will happen in seasons eight and nine. They are just putting their trust in Murphy and letting him do his thing.
