New Doc Series ALIEN FILES: REOPENED Will Explore How UFO Sightings Are Analyzed

The truth is out there and it’s going to be explored in a new documentary series titled Alien Files: Reopened. The eight-part series comes from Big Media, the creators of Top Secret UFO Projects Declassified, and it focuses on extra-terrestrial encounters and UFO sightings.

The series will offer insight into the process of how “UFO sightings and reported encounters are analyzed by scientists, government intelligence and military experts, and then investigated to answer if any real threats are posed to national security.”

Danny Wilk, President of New York-based Big Media Holdings said in a statement: “For Alien Files: Reopened we are using the same investigative techniques developed and utilized by top experts in science and military intelligence. This is our third series in the UFO and unexplained phenomena space and we have really dug deep to find the top experts and historical records to bring audiences the most accurate and compelling information to date. It’s a topic that is engaging to viewers all over the world.”

There’s always been interest in UFO’s but in recent years that interest has blown up because the government admits they exist and they’ve been sharing some pretty wild new information and videos. It’s like The X-Files was right all along! There’s definitely a market for these kinds of shows, though, and Big Media seems to be doing them right.

The series will be coming to History in the UK and AMC Network’s European channels. Top Secret UFO Projects Declassified was a top 10-ranked series for Netflix. Producer Big Media has made more than 70 unscripted shows and has a catalog of around 300 series and 2,000 hours.
