New EVIL DEAD: THE GAME Gameplay Trailer Focuses on the Kandarian Demon
A new trailer has been released for the highly anticipated Evil Dead: The Game. This latest trailer puts the focus on the Kandarian Demon from the Evil Dead film series.
The Kandarian Demon is an ancient demonic spirit that is the primary source for the creation of Deadites and several other types of supernatural occurrences upon the world of the living. It first appeared in The Evil Dead as an unseen force. It made its first physical appearance in the climax of the Evil Dead II.
In the game, the demon returns as the primary villain where one player controls the demon and attempts to hunt down the rest of the human players. The demon naturally has several abilities and skills to accomplish that goal, many of which are showcased in this trailer.
The trailer also comes complete with Ash Williams actor Bruce Campbell providing some commentary.
"Take control of your Deadite minions, environmental objects (including those infamous trees!), and even the survivors themselves to frighten and vanquish any mortal who stands in your way. Choose the physical form of the Kandarian Demon that fits your playstyle, each with different enemy types and bosses including Henrietta, Eligos, and Evil Ash."
The game has is scheduled to release on May 15th and will be available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC platforms.
