New Featurette For PEACEMAKER Explores The Psychology of The Character
Some fans are still wondering why a DC character like Peacemaker, who made his big debut in The Suicide Squad, got his own series. It initially didn’t make sense to me, because he’s such an unlikeable character that seems completely unredeemable.
Well, a new featurette has been released that puts a focus on the character and the psychology behind him. It’s titled, “What’s Not To Love About Peacemaker”, and it features director James Gunn and John Cena offering some insight on the character and what makes him so interesting. All of these things are the reason that they wanted to explore the character more in a standalone series.
