New Footage from Chris Pratt's Sci-Fi Film PASSENGERS Featured in First TV Spot
Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence's upcoming sci-fi film Passengers looks incredible. I'm incredibly excited for this movie because I'm fascinated with the story it tells. We've got the basic gist of the story thanks to the trailers that have been released, but I have a feeling there are going to be some great unexpected surprises that unfold as the story is told.
Sony Pictures has released the first TV spot for the film, and it offers us a bit of new footage as Pratt and Lawrence try to figure out what is going on with the ship that they traveling on and why they woke up 90 years early. Here's the synopsis:
Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt are two passengers onboard a spaceship transporting them to a new life on another planet. The trip takes a deadly turn when their hibernation pods mysteriously wake them 90 years before they reach their destination. As Jim and Aurora try to unravel the mystery behind the malfunction, they begin to fall for each other, unable to deny their intense attraction... only to be threatened by the imminent collapse of the ship and the discovery of the truth behind why they woke up.
I have my own theories on how the film will end, but I won't share them here because there's a good chance they might be right and I don't want to spoil the ending for you. Passengers opens in theaters on December 21st.
