A new full trailer has been released for the series adaptation of Fatal Attraction that is headed to Paramount+. The series stars Joshua Jackson and Lizzy Caplan in the lead roles, and they are joined by Amanda Peet, Alyssa Jirrels, Toby Huss, Reno Wilson, Brian Goodman, Wanda De Jesus, and Jessica Harper.

The story is based on the original 1987 film Fatal Attraction, and this adaptation was written by Alexandra Cunningham and Kevin J. Hynes. The series was directed by Silver Tree (Suits, Shameless, You, The Flight Attendant) and Pete Chatmon (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Black-ish, Grey's Anatomy, The Flight Attendant).

The synopsis reads:

An affair takes a volatile turn when the woman refuses to allow the married man to put an end to the affair. The new 2023 series explores the timeless themes of marriage and infidelity through the lens of modern attitudes towards strong women, personality disorders and coercive control.

This looks like it’s going to be super intense and well-acted. Check out the trailer below, and watch Fatal Attraction when it hits Paramount+ on April 30th.
