New GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 TV Spot Teases What the Crew is Up Against
It seems like there is a line of people who want to kill the guardians of the galaxy in this new TV spot for James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. The Sovereign, The Ravagers... Ok so two organizations, but you see quite a few people in the spot who do not seem very happy with them.
We also get to see Peter Quill deliver a classic Pat Benatar line. Everything about this trailer gives us the same feel that the first movie did. I'm very excited to see this movie as is probably everyone else.
It's especially fun to see how multiple enemies in a superhero movie done right. There are the Ravagers who were already featured in the first Guardians playing a slightly different role now turning out to be enemies and then the Sovereign, who are new but wildly opposite of the Ravagers in style and motivations.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 comes out May 5, 2017.
