New HALLOWEEN Featurette Focuses on John Carpenter's Hair Raising Score

For those of you excited about the new Halloween movie, I’ve got a new featurette here that you’ll want to watch. This latest promo puts the spotlight on John Carpenter’s involvement with the film and the hair raising musical score that he created for it. After all, you can’t have a proper Halloween movie without John Carpenter. The filmmaker points out that all they wanted to do was make a scary horror film and he says that this new Halloween movie will scare the shit out of us.

John Carpenter brings back the iconic sounds of #HalloweenMovie on October 19. -- Universal Pictures will release Trancas International Films, Blumhouse Productions and Miramax's Halloween on Friday, October 19, 2018. Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.

Halloween comes from writer Danny McBride and director David Gordon Green and it stars Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode, Judy Greer as Karen Strode, the daughter of Laurie, and Andi Matichak (Orange Is the New Black, Underground) plays Allyson, the granddaughter. Then there’s also Will Patton, and Nick Castle

Universal Pictures will release the film on Friday, October 19th, 2018.
