New HAWKEYE Promo Seems To Feature The Return of Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova

I’ve got a new promo spot for you to watch for Marvel’s Hawkeye that seems to tease the return of Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova from Black Widow. While the promo doesn’t show her face, it does feature a mysterious character that I believe is her because she is wearing an outfit similar to an outfit that she wears in the comics. I’ll show you what I’m talking about. First, watch the trailer:

The trailer came with the following note from Marvel, "The biggest surprises are yet to come! The third episode of Marvel Studios' #Hawkeye is now streaming on @DisneyPlus with new episodes every Wednesday."

So look at the image above and then look at this comic art of the character below. I’m sure you can see the similarities with the multiple green lights on her mask. I’m convinced that it’s Yelena. We know she was going to be in the series as she is coming after Hawkeye because she was led to believe he killed Natasha. This costume, will build up to her big reveal.

The first three episode of Hawkeye have been great! I’m happy with how the story is playing out, and I really dig the introduction of Echo. While most people aren’t familiar with the character, I like her, and I’m looking forward to seeing how her story arc continues to play out. Hawkeye will lead to a solo series of her own.
