New HELLBOY Promo Spot Puts the Focus on the Supporting B.P.R.D. Team
We’ve got another Hellboy promo spot for you to check out today, and this one puts the focus on the big supporting characters in the film. These characters include Hellboy’s other B.P.R.D. (Bureau for Paranormal Research & Defense) teammates such as Ben Daimio (Daniel Dae Kim) and Alice Monaghan (Sasha Lane).
The video gives us a great look at Daimio transforming into a jaguar, while Monaghan has the ability to look beyond the veil and communicate with the dead and other powers. This film will be the first time that we’ve seen this characters adapted for the big screen.
The Hellboy reboot is being directed by Neil Marshall and stars David Harbour as Hellboy, Ian McShane as Professor Broom, Milla Jovovich as the Nimue the Blood Queen, and Penelope Mitchell as Ganeida, a witch who has decided that the Blood Queen's wrath has gone on for too long. Then there’s Thomas Haden Church, who is playing Lobster Johnson.
Based on the graphic novels by Mike Mignola, Hellboy, caught between the worlds of the supernatural and human, battles an ancient sorceress bent on revenge.
Hellboy hits theaters on April 12th, 2019.
