Some new Indiana Jones 5 set footage has surfaced showing that Indy will be once again fighting the villainous Nazis. He’s been fighting Nazis his whole career as an archeologist. He just cannot get away from those bastards.

The video, which was shared on YouTube, shows a train headed through the English countryside on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. That train is emblazoned with Nazi symbols, and armed with a gun turret. You can check out that video below.

What makes this interesting, is the story for this film is reportedly set in the 60’s during the space race. Not sure how Nazis are still around decades after World War 2 has ended, but maybe this is for a flashback sequence?

A new photo has also surfaced, which you can see here, which features Harrison Ford with motion capture markers on his clothes and face. This indicates that Indy will be de-aged digitally in the film. We just don’t know to what extent, but again, it could be for a flashback sequence. We’ll just have to wait and see!

Regardless, de-aging tech is hit or miss these days. With ILM leading the charge on the digital work, though, and this being Indiana Jones, I imagine they will do top quality work.

The movie has also filmed scenes at the "haunted" Bamburgh Castle, which has fans speculating that this movie will include a scrapped Last Crusade storyline that saw Indiana Jones battling a ghost while on vacation. You can read more about that here.

The film comes from producer Steven Spielberg and director James Mangold and it stars Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones one final time, Mads Mikkelsen (Another Round), Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag), Boyd Holbrook (Logan), Shaunette Renée Wilson (The Resident), and Thomas Kretschmann (Avengers: Age Of Ultron).

Indiana Jones 5 is set to be released on July 29, 2022.
