New International Poster For THE RISE OF SKYWALKER and J.J. Abrams Says It's "Not an Accident" That Rey's So Powerful
We’ve got a new international poster for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker to share with you today along with another quote from director J.J. Abrams regarding Rey’s powers.
The new poster is pretty cool and has more of a classic Star Wars poster feel. In the bottom left-hand corner of it, you can see a Porg, so I guess they’re back in some capacity. As for what Abrams had to say about Rey’s quick progression of her force powers, he says:
"Yeah, spooky, right? [Smiles] It’s a fair point. It’s not an accident."
So, there’s a specific reason as to why Rey is so powerful with The Force. I’m sure that Abrams will answer the question as to why in the film. It would be absolutely insane if he doesn’t address it! There are a lot of questions that Abrams has to answer. If he leaves any little hanging threads behind by the time the movie ends… the fans will riot.
The movie opens in theaters on December 20th.
