New Japanese Trailer for SONIC THE HEDGEHOG Features Baby Sonic

We’ve got a Japanese trailer for Sonic The Hedgehog for you to watch today, and it introduces us to a little baby/toddler Sonic. With the popularity of characters like Baby Groot and Baby Yoda, I guess it makes sense to give fans a Baby Sonic to flip out over!

After the character design change was made for Sonic, fans seemed a lot happier and excited about the film. I hope it ends up being good! I’m not really expecting much from the movie, but hopefully it’ll provide some fun entertainment.

The movie comes from director Jeff Fowler, and this is the synopsis that was shared:

SONIC THE HEDGEHOG tells the story of the world’s speediest hedgehog as he embraces his new home on Earth. In this live-action adventure comedy, Sonic and his new best friend Tom (James Marsden) team up to defend the planet from the evil genius Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) and his plans for world domination. The family-friendly film also stars Tika Sumpter and Ben Schwartz as the voice of Sonic.
