John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum is easily one of the most anticipated films of the year for a lot of fans. All of the trailers and clips that we’ve seen from the film have been awesomely spectacular. But, during the Lionsgate Panel at CinemaCon, we were shown a new clip, and it’s easily the most badass footage that I’ve seen from the film so far.

The clip featured John Wick (Keanu Reeves) and Sofia (Halle Berry) teaming up to invade some kind of castle-like compound. John doesn’t want to rush in and start shooting. He just wants to have a conversation with the people they are going to see, but she tells him that it’s never just a conversation.

The clip then cuts to the action! John and Sofia enter the compound and just start blowing people away with precision and skill. It’s really hard to explain because so much is going on! But there are so many people being shot in so many different parts of their bodies. One of the things that makes this scene unique and special is that Sofia has two dogs that are helping them attack these thugs and it’s pretty incredible seeing what they do. Having the dogs in the mix takes the action to a whole new level.

Have you ever seen a dog jump at a guy, bite him in the arm, and then flip him over in midair? Well, you will! When that happened, the whole crowd was like, “whoa!”

I have no idea if this footage will be released before the movie is released, but it’s certainly something to look forward to seeing in the movie!

John Wick is on the run for two reasons… he’s being hunted for a global $14 million dollar open contract on his life, and for breaking a central rule: taking a life on Continental Hotel grounds. The victim was a member of the High Table who ordered the open contract. John should have already been executed, except the Continental’s manager, Winston, has given him a one-hour grace period before he’s “Excommunicado” – membership revoked, banned from all services and cut off from other members. John uses the service industry to stay alive as he fights and kills his way out of New York City.

Chad Stahelski directed the film, and it also stars Asia Kate Dillon, who will be playing The Adjudicator of the High Table; Mark Dacascos, who will take on the role of an assassin named Zero; Jason Mantzoukas, who will be playing the Tick Tock Man; and Anjelica Huston, who is playing a mysterious new character named Roma Ruska, someone who was responsible for [Wick’s] upbringing and his protection.

John Wick: Chapter 3 is currently set to hit theaters on May 17, 2019.
