Hardcore Henry promises to be a new way for how audiences experience a movie since it is a first-person shooter film production. The story is entirely depicted from the hero’s point of view. The feeling that I got when I first saw the official trailer was that I am playing a video game. I have to admit, it is an interesting experiment and hopefully it won’t be a huge disappointment at the end.

Now STX Entertainment has revealed a brand new TV spot for the action thriller (via ComingSoon), which consists mainly of flattering critical quotes and a few previously-unseen shots.

Hardcore Henry is produced by Timur Bekmambetov, Ilya Naishuller, Inga Vainshtein Smith, and Ekaterina Kononenko, and written and directed by Ilya Naishuller. It stars Haley Bennett, Danila Kozlovsky, Sharlto Copley, Andrey Dementyev, Dasha Charusha, and Sveta Ustinova.
