New LEGO STAR WARS Set is All About the 501st Legion
The LEGO Group dropped a surprise new Star Wars kit the other day for fans of the 501st Legion. The 501st Legion Clone Troopers Building Kit features 285 pieces to create an AT-RT Walker, BARC Speeder, and four minifigures: three 501st Clone Troopers, a 501st Jet Trooper, and two Battle Droids. The Walker features “a new color scheme, posable legs, a stud shooter, attachment points for a blaster and electrobinoculars element.” Meanwhile, the Speeder gets two stud shooters. This looks like a great little set for fans of the Clones and I’m excited to see it in-person when it launches in August.
