New MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM: ALC ENCOUNTER Anime Series Announced
There’s a new Mobile Suit Gundam anime series that’s been announced with Mobile Suit Gundam: ALC Encounter. The series is described as a “Gundam no one has seen before.”
There aren’t a lot of story details to share, but here’s a brief logline: “A voice draws two destined individuals together for a showdown, awakening 1/12-scale statues of the Nu Gundam and Sazabi, leading to a fierce battle inside the mall.”
There’s some poster art that you can check out below that offers a little tease at the style and it looks like it echoes a modern vibe with it’s contemporary character designs and bright colors.
The series comes from the team at Bandai Namco Filmworks, and the project is set to be released later this month on November 24th, but it will not be made available globally.
Mobile Suit Gundam: ALC Encounter is getting a limited release and will be screened at the LaLaport Fukuoka Mall exclusively.
