New Photo From AQUAMAN Shows King Orm Epically Riding a Tylosaur Sea Creature

A new photo from director James Wan’s Aquaman has surfaced and it wants to show you that King Orm (Patrick Wilson) is a badass. As you can see, it features the character epically riding on the back of a sea creature known as a Tylosaur.

When previously talking about his character, Wilson explained, “He’s kind of an eco-warrior. He’s got a very clear gripe with the surface world, which has been polluting his oceans for centuries. And that’s something for me — I’m sure for you too — that’s very easy to understand. If somebody was just constantly polluting our air and ruining how we lived…”

It’s those feelings and that lead Orm to take action against the surface world and that leads to his half-brother, Arthur Curry (Jason Momoa) to face off with him and stop him.

Aquaman will center on Aquaman as a reluctant ruler of the underwater kingdom of Atlantis who is caught between land dwellers that are always polluting the globe and his own people who are ready to invade the surface.

Aquaman also stars Willem Dafoe as Vulko; Temuera Morrison (Green Lantern) as Tom Curry; Dolph Lundgren (The Expendables films) as Nereus; Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (The Get Down) as Black Manta; Ludi Lin (Power Rangers) as Murk; and Nicole Kidman as Atlanna. Here's the synopsis:

Aquaman is set to be released December 21, 2018.
