New Photos From CAPTAIN MARVEL Feature The Skrulls, Jude Law as Mar-Vell, Nick Fury, Starforce Command, and More

We've got some cool new photos to share with you from Captain Marvel thanks to EW. These new images give us our first look at The Skrulls and Jude Law as Mar-Vell. They also include a couple new images of Brie Larson as Carol Danvers not wearing her iconic costume. There's a photo of the Kree military team, Starforce, who are all wearing the green, silver, and black suits. That image features Djimon Hounsou as Korath the Pursuer. Then there's our first official look at Samuel L. Jackson as a young Nick Fury; Ben Mendelsohn in human form; Carol Danver's oldest friend and fellow Air Force pilot, Maria "Photon" Rambeau; and Lee Pace as Ronan the Accuser.

We learned earlier today that the movie would completely skip Captain Marvel's origin story. In case you missed it, it was explained:

Captain Marvel sidesteps the traditional origin-story template, and when it begins, Carol already has her powers. She’s left her earthly life behind to join an elite Kree military team called Starforce, led by Jude Law’s enigmatic commander.
But before long, Carol finds herself back on Earth with new questions about her past. And she’s got a formidable enemy in the form of the Skrulls — the notorious Marvel baddies made all the more dangerous by their shape-shifting abilities. Ben Mendelsohn plays their leader Talos, who spearheads a Skrull invasion of Earth.

Captain Marvel is being directed by the writing and directing team of Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck and the film will be released on March 8th, 2019. Check out the new photos below and tell us what you think!
