New Poster For Daniel Radcliffe's WEIRD: THE AL YANKOVIC STORY
Roku has released a new poster for Daniel Radcliffe’s upcoming film Weird: The Al Yankovic Story, which is going to be quite an enjoyable and entertaining film. The poster comes with the announcement that the movie will premiere on Friday, November 4th, exclusively on The Roku Channel.
The biopic holds nothing back, “exploring every facet of Yankovic’s life, from his meteoric rise to fame with early hits like ‘Eat It’ and ‘Like a Surgeon’ to his torrid celebrity love affairs and famously depraved lifestyle. Weird: The Al Yankovic Story takes audiences on a truly unbelievable journey through Yankovic’s life and career, from gifted child prodigy to the greatest musical legend of all time.”
The project is being produced by Funny Or Die and Tango. Yankovic is involved with the project as well, and he co-wrote the script with Eric Appel, who directed it.
The film also stars Rainn Wilson (The Office) as Dr. Demento, Julianne Nicholson (Mare of Easttown) as Mary Yankovic, Toby Huss (Halt and Catch Fire) as Nick Yankovic, and Evan Rachel Wood as Madonna.
