New Poster For Disney's RAYA AND THE LAST DRAGON and Tickets and Premiere Access Are Now Up For Pre-Order

Disney has released a new poster for its upcoming animated fantasy-adventure film Raya and the Last Dragon, and they’ve also announced that tickets and Premiere Access are available for pre-order.

The movie, which was completed during the pandemic, will release the film in theaters and Disney+ Premiere Access simultaneously on March 5, 2021.

This is the first time that Disney+ is offering pre-orders for Premier Access, which allows Disney+ subscribers to watch the film as many times they want on any platform where Disney+ is available with the one-time fee of $29.99. You can pre-order Premiere Access for Raya and the Last Dragon here.

If you plan on watching the film in theaters, you can now purchase advance tickets through Fandango. It’ll be interesting to see how this movie does financially. I’m especially curious to see what it ends up bringing in at the box office.

Raya and the Last Dragon stars Kelly Marie Tran, Awkwafina, Gemma Chan, Daniel Dae Kim, Sandra Oh, Benedict Wong, Izaac Wang, Thalia Tran, Alan Tudyk, Lucille Soong, Patti Harrison and Ross Butler. Here’s the synopsis:

“Raya and the Last Dragon” takes us on an exciting, epic journey to the fantasy world of Kumandra, where humans and dragons lived together long ago in harmony. But when an evil force threatened the land, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, that same evil has returned and it’s up to a lone warrior, Raya, to track down the legendary last dragon to restore the fractured land and its divided people. However, along her journey, she’ll learn that it’ll take more than a dragon to save the world—it’s going to take trust and teamwork as well.

The film was directed by Don Hall and Carlos López Estrada, with Paul Briggs and John Ripa co-directing, from a script by Adele Lim and Qui Nguyen.
